Slam addon?

Can't seem to find any working addon for Slam notification (Warrior)
Anyone know where i could get hold of one?

I don't know if you still need help with this but you can use the TellMeWhen addon, select "buff/debuff" as your trigger, for your spell type "Slam!" without qoutes, to see remaining time on the proc tick "Show timer" and "Show timer text" boxes and don't forget to enable the trigger by typing /tmw again.
