weekly kara run

I have struggled to find a weekly kara run for my alt so I will organize one. So many times I have joined a group that looks promising but something happens and it's a disaster.

TIME: Thursday 6:30 PM pacific time

REQUIREMENTS:
I don't care if your gear score is bad, I only care if you can perform your role well. Basically don't be a ****ter, that's the point of me organizing this run. You being form a guild with T5 progression will show this

if your role is full feel free to sign up, i will keep alternates and not have too much tolerance for people sucking. Priority will go to those who are on time and came to a previous run

Skill is valuable, and I hope you succeed. But the fact is that gear is equally important because you can't do enough DPS, heals, or proper tanking without it. Its just how WoW has always worked, unfortunately. So if you don't care about gear then you're destined to fail.
