WotLK WINdfury on both weapons or not PVe

Hello guys,i didnt play long time here since this server was called molten,So basically my question is in Pve is 2x windfury better then 1 windfury and flametongue on offhand?

Windfury/ flametongue is superior. Since windfury has internal cd you only want main hand to proc it, cause off hand does less dmg and you'd be "wasting" procs if off hand takes procs from main hand

Yeah you right about wind + flametongue is superior
@Kardashians: on molten was it's work like that both wep with wf2x and there's a chance to hit with both wf ..really was ouchh in pvp*
I don't know if that bug or now it's bug "no idea"
