Why don't you kill lowbies? It's part of the game, the creators wanted us to gank lowbies. That way they learn to pay attention when they're playing, otherwise they'll be standing in the fire during raids.

It's not harassment, it's not like I'm camping them. Simply just taking advantage of the server's large population. If the dev's didn't do such a good job at designing this game so that it would work anywhere you set it up, I wouldn't be able to do this.

Can you kill lowbies in a pvp server? Yes, you can.
Are the game creators responsable for the ganking? No, you can still choose to not kill the lowbies. Don't blame the devs just because you are an awful person. Stop tryin to dodge the **** you deserve to get.
Are you a bad player? Yes, you are an horrible pvp player, who wouldn't stand a chance in a competitive pvp environment. If you have fun from killing lowbies, we have fun from insulting you on the internet. Stay low, little kid, because that's where you will always be.
