    [ANSWERED] Character Restoration

    Hello, i deleted two of my characters yesterday (October 30, 2017), and i tried to restore them via the services tool today (October 31, 2017), as i know it's free within the first 2 days from deletion. The problem is that the system would only let me restore one, and ask me for coins to restore the second character.

    We introduced a grace period for restoring characters, however we invoked a cooldown on restoring via the grace system (free).

    The reason this cooldown was implemented is because the restore system was being abused by name-changers.

    A character with your last deleted character's name must exist already, as that's a condition for the cooldown being invoked.
