I have a suggestion.
Can you make an android app for wotlk players. And that you can acess ah chat mailbox and your character(like in armory section).

I believe there might be a way to do it for AH (adapting the script that's in the website already) and armory, but I really really doubt it is possible to make chat and mailbox accesible on an android app.
On top of the developers already have much on their shoulders, I personally would prefer if they keep working on website and expansions rather than an android app.

Well the chat can be already accesed via WoW Mini assistan application.

i can guarantee you that blizzard added some lines of code to the actual game client for the chat to work outside of the game. I dont believe it will be possible with this old client.
