Hi. Tried to search for it and kinda hard to test without chainging a lot of gems. Is serrated blades working as intended? It does not show up when you hover over hit in stats. Or is it just not shown there? So 91% + serrated = 100% arm pen?

I tested this once, maybe a year ago, by letting my rogue hit target dummy for an hour with 100% arp, and an hour with ~ 91% arp, and didn't see any notable difference in average hit/crit damage. The test was done with the same weapons, and same amount of attack power, but crit/hit/haste was different, so comparing average dps was out of the question. I also excluded any procs from the gear. Yes, a script was used, but only for testing purpose. It was attempting to remove buffs every 0.1 seconds, so it was still possible, with slim chances, to land a hit with buff up, possibly corrupting the results.
Now I don't know if anything changed since then, but being around 91% arp stayed my choice for pvp, dumping rest in the attack power.
