The Chain Gun and You bugged?

Trying to do the Chain gun and You quest for the prerequisite for Wrath gate and battle of undercity but there seems to be no way to complete it, the saved soldiers get close to me then just disappear entirely, been here for a while is this a bug?

I've experienced this problem as well, not heard any feed back on the matter.

Trying to do it as well but is bugged. Yes the soldiers disappear close to the stairs. Hope they will fix it...

Having the same issue, its an absurd that the main questline of the expansion doesnt work
if anyone know a way around it, share please....
