Well i was trying to do that mission and when i jump to a plataform i felt to the ""void"", anyone could do it?

This happened to me as well, after the third time I died and was stuck in limbo. With my 2nd Panda, I realized I could skip this quest and still finish the starting area.

You can actually wait out the 'falling' animation and land somewhere on the island. Takes a few minutes though and you have to use hearthstone after you land. But yea, you can also just skip the quest.
