Hi, I dunno if this is the standard procedure, but my character got stuck falling through the map in ghost form with no possibility of revival or "Character unstuck", as my char is a lvl 11 Pandaren Monk by the name of Xisel and i haven't chosen my faction yet.
I was doing the quest "The lesson of the balanced rock" and was balancing on a pole while fighting some mobs when i fell through the map.
Could you help me, please? My realm is Frostwolf.

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck

Already tried. Doesn't work. Says "Your character does not have a faction, complete your faction selection quest."

Nevermind, i just deleted my char as apparently it takes less time to start over and lvl up again than to get some actual help.
