WotLK new mmr abuse?? (No report, just a question)

Hello guys,

First of all let me clarify that it's not a report, is just a question (with examples in order to make others understand)
Me and other people have noticed that the "top" team or simply the majority of them seems like are using some kind of mmr abuse (?) in order to be high rated.
Let me explain with an example:

Actually in warmane you start at 1500 basic mmr, and 0 team rating. That means you'll never be able to have your mmr (especially at high rates) close or similar to your team rating, just consider that usually when you reach 2k team rating, you've for sure over 2.1mmr (unless 50/50 score or even worst ratio maybe)

Now, how is possible that these guys, with 227 / 40 (a 85% win/loose ratio) have exactly the same mmr as their team rating? especially with all games done in the team and no obvious drop

Would like some informations about it, cause it looks like they simply mmr dropped so much (one time i saw someone with 500 mmr...So can be reached even less) and be able to have same mmr as tr, which how is supposed to work the mmr.

they are mmr dropper and since they meet many enemies who also have dropped their mmr this is the consequence. PR and MMR ended up being the same.

The fun fact is that once a player asked on forum if dropping MMR is against the rule and a GM replied by saying that dropping MMR is NOT bannable BUT who does that will not qualify for arena title at season ending ( gladiator, rival, challenger)

Yes but how does they have reached PR=MMR? I mean, i know how the MMR "drop" work...But how is possible they reached that?

From my ignorance i see people going 1k rating and drop, i suppose lowest MMR possible is around 1200-1300 (otherwise i guess wont be any que at all) but you clearly see difference between the total team game played, and personal game played

Now, considering that the guys i linked above got almost exactly the same mmr/tr, and (in the rank1 case) have also all games played in the team...Does it mean they reached somehow an mmr cloe to be 0? If you got what i mean.

I also remember a similar case of MMR when Shinta was playng in icecrown, and somehow Shinta had even less mmr then the team rating/personal rating, while doing all the games

I just hope GMs will take care of these peoples, which are obv abusing the system, being 2.8 rating with 2.8mmr, when any other legit player would have prolly over 3k mmr, is just unfair.

Also, how does it works? I mean, they will not qualify, but they will steal the rank and noone will get the titles?

Hoping to read more informations about this situation, also i dont get why Warmane do not implement a system to avoid these things, or simply a better mmr system Blackrock style

To answer your question about titles. Next team in line will get it, so if R3 got reported and get's deleted, R4 team will be moved up to R3 when season ends and receive title. As for how that MMR drop works, you can PM me and I can explain, don't want to post it here for people to do it.
