cavernoftime item links

Since http://www.cavernoftime.com/ is the new openwow would it be possible to display the icon of items and spells when using cavernoftime links on the forum?

Also, many older class guides have still the outdated openwow links.
Would it be possible to run a script that replaces all openwow forum links with cavernoftime links?
For example:
http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=49623
gets replaced with http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=49623
So actually only the letter "openwow" needs to be replaced with " cavernoftime" and all the links would work again.
I'm not a programmer but I guess its not too complicated to change these links.
