WotLK Hunter Horde Races

I have some questions about hunter horde races and which one to choose for Purely PVE.

1. Orc Vs. Troll

-which one does more damage overall in BiS scenario?

2. Bursting as Troll? (assuming JC + engineering + bloodlust at start)

A. Do i use all my haste increasing cooldowns at start with bloodlust?
B. Do i use them separately as to not have too much haste at 1 time
- 1st Rapid Fire + Engineering Gloves + Bloodlust --------> Readiness ----------->2nd Rapid Fire + Berskering (Troll Racial) + Bloodlust

You always can MACRO the "/castsequence reset=10 x, y" CD and habilities, then an "/use" item.

So you can maintain a good haste level, but a nice re positioning "if" you need to move in PvE or PvP.

And I use Troll, because more hits, more global % of bleed and crits; or more "Viper" mana refill (you need mana to double burst with).
