spell power coefficients

Does anybody know where I can find the spell power coefficients of TBC abilitys?

You can just go back through the history of the very page you linked. 2.4.3 was released mid-July 2008.

Can't guarantee that Warmane hasn't tweaked anything, but that should give you the gist of it.

..or if you are lazy, like I am, you can get the addon "Dr Damage" that calculates this for you.

Or you can calculate it yourself 3.5s spell is 100 % spell coef
3s cast spell / 3.5s = 85.7%
2s cast spell/ 3.5s = 57.1%
1.5s cast spell/ 3.5s= 42.8%

Some talent can improve it for exemple a balance drood have 3.5s cast on starfire, so it take 100% spell power and a talent "wrath of cenarius" improve it by 20 %, so the coef will be 120 %

Destro lock with talent "shadow and flame" win 20 % more on shadowbolt so 85.7 % become105.7% as new coef on shadowbolt with the talent
