Keep on getting banned for no reason

Hello, i don't know why but i am keep getting banned for no reasons as at all, the first ban was due to advertising. But i have not been advertising anything.
And at 19.11.2017. While i am playing, i got disconnected , try to log in and the same thing. I go onto the site and what am i seeing ? Nothing new, banned again, but this time i got banned due to impersonating staff. Haha i laughed a bit. But this is not funny, and if Warmane is pulling a joke on me, Good Job.
But please do something about this i am sick of getting banned for no reason. I have no problem with banning people but at least give them a reason.
Give me a real reason and ban me ok. BUT I AM SICK OF GETTING BANNED FOR NO REASON. Thank you.

if your using a vpn than don't. most are banned for various reasons, and if you hit 1 that is banned you'll get banned as well.

for the moment make a ban appeal, if you can't than email [email protected]

I have already send an email. But can you tell me how do i impersonate staff. Ok i searched what VPN is and i don't think im using.
