Grand Marshal Claymore [Horde]

Hello, first time posting on warmane forums. I was wondering if horde could buy grand marshal claymore via warmane and transmog a weapon for it. I been googling and searching all around warmane forums and I have not found any post regarding this topic. Could someone illuminate me on if Horde are able to buy Grand marshal claymore for transmog? And also, I had a hypothesis that if horde cannot buy the GMC, then would one have to transfer over to Alliance and then transmog, then transfer back again?

Only way I'd think it'd work is if you transfered alliance then back to horde
