Is there any way to level?

I'm lvling up new toon and in panda almost every single quest seems bugged. Either questgiver won't take my quest back or mobs have constant sort of combat bug, where they evade all my attacks.

Dear forums, pls tell me how to lvl

ignore bugged quests and move to the next one worked fine for me i leveled a panda a few weeks ago

With the server exp rate you only need to do a few quests per zone until you outlevel those zones so a few bugged quests shouldn't be a problem.

You'll have to make a ticket to a gm to teleport you out of there.
