so theres a 12k soft cap for the icecrown 7x server


and yet while the outland server rarely exceeds 8000-10000 players, on the off chance it's gone above and beyond to 12500

but why is that the case when the icecrown server is 99.9% of the time more populated?

tbc has/had a cap of 15k. tbc has less content to emulate so can handle a higher population.

Outland has half the ping Icecrown does, thats why their caps are set differently
