Technical WOTLK client doesn't save settings...cinematic plays every time I star the game.

Hey, I downloaded the client using the torrent link on the download page. I moved it to my C:\Programfiles (x86) originally. But after I opened the application using the Wow.exe file and changed my video and sound settings and played the game for a bit, I closed the game. But then I opened it again and it was if I was starting the game for the first time again. The opening cinematic plays every time, and I have to change my video and sound settings again.

Anyone know how I can fix this issue? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: Never mind. I resolved the issue by moving the whole folder to my user account folder, unchecking the 'read only' option for the folder, and selecting 'run as administrator' for the wow.exe file. I hope this helps someone else who might have the same issue in the future.
