Chacter rename on Frostwolf

Hi guys, I bought 2 name changes on frostwolf but I do not see the screen then to change the name on the game, I have already changed names in the past but this time I do not leave the screen `` Change Name``

log inside the game , then on the chars rooster you select name change on . a screen will pop up asking to what name you want to change to then it will search if its there on not . then you will enter the game .
