Help Netherwing chain quest... bugged?

Hello, i do chain for Netherwing rep 42k when i finish it give me 42k rep and i go out game soo after join now game im /Neutral/ and can't get next quest and maks for Netherwing?

you need to get 280% mount training

Yes but can't get next quest becouse im neutral and finish quest for 42k rep and now i no have rep wtf :D
