Bartender issue

Wasn't sure were to ask about this, but I'm having major problems with Bartender 4. When I try to configure it in any way I'm just met by an empty menu. Does anything have any idea what might be causing this?

This happened to me when I installed the addon "TotemTimers". I disabled it and was able to see all the addon options like normal
