WotLK Fresh 80 tank gearing

Hello, I recently hit 80 and I'm tanking normal dungeons. I don't have the gear to tank fos/pos or any heroic 5 mans. Can anyone point me to a guide that explains how I can gear quickly to start tanking heroic 5 mans. Also I got to 80 only in Borean Tundra. Should I quest in the other zones for the gear or can I get better gear from normal 5 mans?

Do rep grind quests. Get carried by a nice fellow. Join a guild who will help you. There are tons of posts in the guides section, I don't feel like linking because you can search.

Just a hint, farm toc5 normal and get the Black heart trinket asap, it will be one of your best trinket throughout your gearing process.
