[ANSWERED]Remove or increase the character limit for ingame support tickets!
Ever so often I need to open an ingame cusomer support ticket regarding different things, but every time I try, the stupid character limit in the support ticket is hindering me from putting all the information needed to describe my problem/issue/etc. It's very stupid and counterintuitive. All the times I have run out of characters in a support ticket I always needed to write everything down into a pastebin and link that in the ticket.
So the reason I am posting this topic under the category "Ask the Staff" is because I would like to know the staff's stance on this subject and if they have anything to say about it.
