So comming straight from WOTLK and since I've never played TBC, am planning to start on TBC just before BT release, is there any guide as how to gear up and such ? like what are the dungeons or rep gear that I need before joining raids ?

Hey, I found this spreadsheet program from 08.

It is very useful to find upgrades and to optimize your gear. Sometimes you will even find gear upgrades that you didn't even know about. Such example can e.g be the "Shattrath Leggings" from a questchain in Netherstorm, these are better then t5 & s4 Ret Paladin legs if you already are hit capped :).
