1. Spell critical strike % soft cap ?

Some peeps are quite sure that there is such a game mechanic as Spell crit chance % soft cap.
I didn't find any related info on archive elitist jerks forum or @ google whatsoever.
So the qustion is - is there a spell crit chance soft cap in TBC or not ?

  2. No soft cap, but a lot say you have to aim for a 30 % for BM (for kill command enough proc), 30 % for warrior and enh to proc flurry with a good uptime; 25-30 % for shadow lock to proc enough improved shadow bolt debuff.

And a lot say crit loose efficientness above 30 % and other stat become better.

Only cap in TBC you have to get is hit cap, and later dont go above haste cap (reduce more than 1s Gcd (take bloodlust and trinket proc etc... into account))

  3. Well, i'm well aware of the stat priority for warlocks.
I wasn't rly talkin about the priority, i was talking about REAL mitigation u get, when u reach 38% crit chance. And above that every 1% more is not actually a 1% anymore, but more like 0.7% or so.
