[A] Fire mage looking for a T4 guild

Hello,
Since most guilds i see on global chat do or have already done T5 raids, i decided to write a post here. Im a new player on the server, hit lvl 70 a couple days back and im trying to gear myself for T4 hence im looking for a guild that emphasizes 5 man heroics and early raids with T5 in mind for the future. Currently im 2.2k gs, ive played on multiple tbc servers and ive a lot of experience with my class. i live in poland, server time -1.
