KJ is even easier to do, you don't need a healer. You only need 1 character. Did it about the same time as with the Illidan (dunno, maybe a year ago)
1. Spec into combat with extra healing (quickening and improved recuperate)
2. Constantly run around KJ during the encounter. Keep Recuperate and Slice and Dice up.
3. When the adds spawn, cast combat readiness and let them hit you to 5 stacks, let them hit you once right before combat readiness fades to get maximum duration.
4. Cleave the adds down with bladeflury when CR fades, don't stop running around KJ.
5. You can use sprint to make it easier to avoid KJ casts and to not be dazed by the adds.
6. Right before KJ does the destruction ability (huge aoe dmg), use feint to reduce the damage.
7. No need for flasks/potions/buffs, the boss is easy to kill.
