    What's the rules on ninja-looting?

    What are the need/greed rules in general?

    As far as I know, need/greet rules are set by the dungeon/raid leader.

    Raiding guilds have DKP systems to award loot to deserving raiders.

    When it comes to PUG's for dungeons and raids, I suppose the "ethical" thing would be to only roll need when it will benefit your class... but this is not rule. Ninja looting happens. I don't think there are hard and fast rules about ninja looting.
