suggestion to allow extra player online during peaks

i noticed often enough the server icecrown have 500 people in queue isnt it possible to allow an extra 500 person in the server ? takes an hour of queue every time sadly cant play much especialy since we cant afk in the game to be able to avoid another queue of 1 hour when we come back everytime we go afk the game dc us for a new queue waiting time i suggest also to let us afk in the game
