Is the Honor gain really blizzlike?
I cant remember that i needed 10 years to farm a whole set cause im only getting 200-300 per bg.
1 Set Piece around 10-18k, it will take forever.

Yes it is blizzlike.

You don't remember because on retail you could just run AV all day and on bonus honor weekend you can get 1k honor from an AV win.

tbh a catch up is missing... something like the blue pvp gear from pve vendor 's.

The honor rate is fine. The catch up gear was not until a later patch.
