Lost my character (full donor)

i made a ticket on the website and ingame but i know you guys get busy.basically ,i guess you guys deleted a realm that my warrior was on and it deleted all my donated gear.i was wondering is there a way to restore my character ,or the items, or if all else fails the coins so i can reuse them on a new character and realm?if this is not the right place to post this topic can you please direct me to the place where i am supposed to post it.thanks in advance

what realm? What expansion ?

You can try sending an email to [email protected]. Ragnaros and Deathwing merged so characters should be there (possibly nameless) but if your character was created before the moltdown your pretty much screwed.
