Technical Banned for Advertising?

So I have been banned for advertising I haven't logged in for over a year on my account since then my account has been banned for Your IP Address (185.101.69.0) has been suspended for due to Advertising. Which makes no sense because I looked up the server IP it is located is russia I live in the US and would never login any game using proxy knowing so the ping would be terrible especially from russia sorry my internet is not that good to connect a proxy halfway across the world. As for in-game or forums advertising I actually hate spammers. Even If I was a server owner I would discourage that from anyone doing that. May you please unban my account I think it was due to an error may be I logged in some cloud browser not knowing I had my proxy on not sure. I would submit a ticket but It will not allow me to..
