I havent played for a while wow on this account cuz i forgot my password but now when i had remembered i saw that i have no chars on this acc except one 1 lvl paladin but i think i didnt made it, i had 5 characters for sure but now they are gone or i dont know what happened soo i wanted to ask to see what happen dont know what to do now.

Ragnaros and Deathwing got merged into Icecrown.
We had 1 years of time to move our character to Icecrown for free. It seems you missed that chance.
