New to Warmane (TBC Outland)

Hello all as it states to in the title i am new to Warmane and to Private Servers really. I played retail up to the MoP expansion and then stepped away from the game due to RL. I personally always enjoyed the Vanilla and TBC content so i am looking to start up on the Outland server but have a few small questions.

I personally am from Wisconsin but have always played more of the late night time slot so i was wondering if there was a good core of population on around 8pm PST - to 12am PST. that i would be able to group and raid with?

Also i have always played as a Horde Warlock or Hunter or an Alliance Paladin (I have tried other classes but always come back to these to) but at the same time i don't want to play a over populated class where i will be less likely to fully enjoy group and raiding content. Would any of these classes be over populated on the Outland server?

I hope you find a group to raid with! I also don't think those classes are overpopulated.
