char bug and can't send ticket unless it's a ban appeal

my char seems to be stuck in a RDF group, but i can't get him out, already tried /leave, don't know what else can i do, i can't join RDF and if someone invites me to a party, they get the message "xxxxx is already in a group".
can anyone help me or say how can i speak with the staff?
