Anyway in battlegrounds game stutters even tho i'm having ~150 fps
any known setting or addons that cause that?


my pc isnt that good but it runs cata with no problem

Try enabling V-Sync (Vertical Sync)
With that potato computer, I doubt you have a monitor with a refresh rate higher than 60hz, no offense.
You're making your video card render more than twice as many frames as your monitor is capable of displaying.

I have an Nvidia GTX 1070 and I keep V-Sync on for that reason. No point in wasting GPU power drawing frames you'll never see.
