WotLK I did a dungeon, I rolled for an item, won the roll, recieved nothing!

Hello! I went in a rdf[Forge of Souls], I rolled for an item[Je'tze Bell], I won the roll but I didn't recieved the item. I sent a ticket to gm and said he can't help me.
Can anyone tell me what happened?!

That usually happens when someone rolls late and corpse has already despawned. There is nothing that can be done about it now. The only case when lost items can be recovered is if you have purchased those items with coins.
