Technical Restore using backup file?

Just a quick question here. If i deleted my characters a couple of months ago, it is still possible to recover them by providing the backup file to one of the GMs?

Backup files will only be used to recover accounts if database and all backups are lost. You can not use it to recover a character. There is character restoration on website under services but it can only be used within 30 days of deleting the character. If it has been longer than that, your character can not be restored.

Yea, quite aware of that, was just curious if there would be a possibility/option to restore it after the 30 days permanent deletion using the file to temporarily repopulate the database so you would have your toons reappear in the character recovery section of the account.
