Dont get any XP!! =(

i started few days ago on this server. Yesterday evening i was almost lvl 63 (got screenshot) next day i logged in was like 62 1/3 ok np i just thought maybe some rollback. today i did about 6qs was almost 63 again, i logged out and when i came in again i was again at 62 1/3 . now i tried a bit and it doenst matter what i do or how much xp i get when i loggout and login again im always at 198963xp at lvl 62 thats sucks as hell guys pls help..
