WotLK Ip banned

Please help , i tried to login right now and everything was fine, i went to the donation tab and tried to donate, the page refreshed and asked me to re-log, then when i did that , it showed " Your IP Has been banned for advertising" While i never did anything like that !!!

I Noticed that it showed an IP that is not even close to my country's IP, Which is "46.166.179.0", this is not my IP as i live in Egypt...

i hope you fix this as i am really upset from this ...

i already contacted you through your email as i can't open a ticket...

The reason why i was about to donate : There was a huge Queue and a friend of me recommended me to donate in order to instantly login...
