Vanilla PvP Ranks

Hi!

So now with the addition of vanilla PvP ranks live in-game, would you guys at warmane be willing to let us know how it's calculated? How many HKs do we need for certain rank, will the ranks stay or will they drop once we stop pvping?

Would be nice to get some info regarding this matter!

I'd like to know this as well. While it was really nice of Protean to talk to us in-game, an official post would've been awesome.

I see rumors of Grand Marshal / High Warlord (Rank 14) being 60k. I know Xhuman has 46k HKs and he's Field Marshal (Rank 13).

I'm on 2.8k and I'm Knight-Lieutenant (Rank 7) so the scaling seems a bit odd.

Would've made sense to have it same as the rating points needed back in Vanilla.

So, 5k HKs between each Rank after Rank 3. But I guess they've gotten some plan for this. :)

I don t know why it s not like in Vanilla,but who cares, i need 12k more HKs to rank 14 :D

Ooh, thanks a lot! Yeah, it's okay like it is. Was more of a thought but it sure makes the higher titles rarer, or less consistent I guess. As for server first R14, I hope not. Nowdays I have a job and I didn't plan on quitting said job this early xd. :D

Edit: Any plans for AV premade (like the HK farms in retail)? I'm down. Or will you just get it as it comes?

HK farm? Nah,i think that is not fair for opposite faction,horde. I mean setting graveyards in AV so all horde respawns at froswolf graveyard while we farm them over and over again... Or caping 4 bases in Arathi Basin and let hordes to take Farm,and then camp them at Farm graveyard,I just don t have heart to do something like that...

I m kdding :D Ofc we farm HKs it s really enjoyable if some random don t ruin the fun by capping last base or gy, You can get 150 hks per AB and 250+ per AV. The only bad thing is that you can t que AV with group more then 5 people so everyone need to solo que in same time and hope for hordes to que so we get into fresh AV.
