Burning Crusade Equip and gold disappiered

Good Evening,
few days ago my account was banned due advertising. Probably someone stole it.
Now i can again log in (and for this, i thank you) but my character Topix hasn't equip and golds.
It is possible recover at least the equip before ban?

I assume it's safe to assume you didn't change your password after the incident? Because it sounds like someone repeatedly gained access to your account. Either way, the staff unfortunately can't help you, take care of your account better in the future. Change your password, preferably email as well if you have another, as well as enable 2-step authentication. It's quite improbable that your account gets 'hacked' then, assuming you don't share the login with anyone.
