When will we ever get alliance transfer to horde?

I would pay for a service of transferring from alliance to horde as now i could not meet any raiding times of the alliance side, and all my friends are in horde, which mean in order to play with my friends i have to go through the whole process of grinding through rep, doing attunements and such. The character i spend so much time on is just ditched there because i cant do anything due to not being able to meet raid times of alliance side. Now it seems like the only way of doing this is selling my character and pay up 15% service fees which goes higher as my gear minimum goes higher. Having to sell it and re-buy a character which u might not like or just spend another 2 weeks to a month grinding through everything again.
