[Addon] Procodile for 2.4.3 - Continued!

I updated the last public release of this old TBC addon, so now has more features, more procs to track and a lot less bugs!
One of the selling points of this addon with my changes is, now you can drag your proccing items onto your action bar and the addon will draw their internal cooldowns on top.
