Whether its Horde/Alliance (Oceanic is disbanded). I would like to know what guilds are there.

So search this section of the forums. You want a guild, you go to them. The only guilds who are actively searching for players without screening them are leveling guilds and low progression guilds. You need to look for a guild yourself instead of asking.
