latency

my wife and i have recently suffered horrible random lag, i open both accounts on the same pc, no addons, no discord, no steam, no other program running on bg, only 2 accounts logged in on ironforge, 1 of them had 21k ms and the other less than 300.
it happends a lot in the last week, and it seems that the lag is associated with the account or character on that acc.
like, i have 10k ms, log off, logg in another char from another acc, 200ms.
Has anyone had this problem recently?

I have horrible lag/delay to unplayable levels on ogrimmar (like 1 min delay with npc interaction) but when i get to outlands this is not the case, something is clearly wrong with the server
