Technical Donation not credited (BTC)

Hey,

Did a bitcoin donation but its not credited. Because of the blockchain being slower than normal it didn't get confirmed in due time.

It does not have to be confirmed within 15 minutes. It just has to be initiated and sent to the network. Coins are given instantly after that. Did you send it from an online service, like a cryptocurrency exchange? If so, that's the reason it did not work. Such services often delay the transaction instead of sending it out instantly so it was sent out late. You can make a support ticket on website here or send an email to [email protected].

It was sent to the blockchain from a web wallet, I could see it as unconfirmed within the 15 mins, I've created a ticket, do you know how long they usually take?

Most of the time it's from a few hours to around 2-3 days.

In that case I am not sure what went wrong. First time I tried it took around 1 hour (shortly after Bitcoin donation method was added) but when I tried later, it was instant every time. Did you get a large green check mark in donation window, after sending the transaction?

Nope, it said that the order expired, but I had already sent the BTC by that point so... yeah... not the best.
