Pandaria MOP Panda Starting Area Quest Bug

Hello, I really want to play panda, but as of now I am no longer getting quests. I have low-level quest tracking on, Shu the Water Spirit is still following, but I finished up to the Rascals and Stolen Goods quests. I am not getting no quests, and Shu is still following me. I really want to play this game with my friends as a panda, but the lack of quests and amount of bugs is preventing this.
