I only play pvp and can deside witch one to choose.

Is the haste better than the AP bonus?

Haste is not good until Cata, even with that I'm pretty sure Crit is better as overall stat in that Xpac. Even tho that you can manage to have a hasted hunter it will only be good for "certain situations", my opinion is based on WoTLK PoV but the mechanism are the same for TBC it did'nt have a major change until Cata; so AP one will do better overall. If you could provide a link of the trinkets would be better.

It's a very good question.
But it depends on your setup (Arena team), your talents and your playstyle. I'd try both and see which one is more compatible with my style.

If you're undergeared then I would get the Tsunami Talisman first.
Very nice combo to use with Bloodlust Brooch + other Beast Master cooldowns (bestial wrath and racial cooldowns).

Thanks for the replies, I tried the Dragon spine trophy trinket. Proc timer is 1min and is active in 15 Sec witch is really good.
After some test I´ll say that the Bloodlust Brooch is the one to get. Just because you can decide when you can max the DPS
